I'am Appealing a judgment verdict on grounds of SOL and lack of validation, And to the best of my knowledg I was only an authorized user on the account.Judge was not clear on SOL being 3 years or 6 years, I took the SOL route figureing judge would dismiss it right away,judges uncertainty cost me a judgment...How do you recommend I aproach my appeal proses
