others will chime in but during BK..no one can contact you to collect. remind the OCs and CAs of this little fact. once a BK is filed...ALL activity must stop. suggest you remind your OCs of this and keep proof of all the collecting..for a nice suit someday if you want it. course i have run into courts and lawyers not contacting the OCs so give them benefit of doubt once. follow up the call with a letter, CRRR on the BK. (this is what your lawyer is paid to do---simply give the CA his/her number) forget validating..may not be final till july...doesnt matter. once filed..they can NOT keep collecting. make sure in say, 6 months..your CRs are showing all the accounts as IIBK..i been called scum too...lol...good to meet ya. that is what i would do, anyways. the OCs will be notified..they were when it was filed if your lawyer did the job..CAs wont be told.
