Well, if you must send money to a CA, send money order. Send it certified/return receipt. Copy both sides and send a letter stating whatever agreement you have made. Copy that too. Don't give them your banking info. Check on usury laws. I know a kid who is also paying a lot of interest, sounds wrong to me. I'd be interested in hearing what you find out.
