I have never had a problem with Cap One. But I do have a problem with Direct Merchants where they were supposed to change the date of the payment because we went to a consolidation company and they requested that they do. They didn't which resulted in having 2 deliquent payments reported to the credit bureau therefore resulting in my husband's credit rating to plummet about 100 points. And causing us not able to apply for an equity loan at all, and causing us the credit report damage. We may have a lawsuit too, and I have posted a note about that too. SO please look at the posting. Thanks.
