no, those are soft. and yes, cap1 will do that. on the reports it will say...these are viewed by everyone and its a short list. then it says..these are seen by no one but you..and its long if you havent opted out. cap 1 does me also...all the time. they are watching to see what we do or have.....but no,. they wont hurt the score. which, if you consider that poor..mine is 380. LOL...check...it will tell you which ones are seen only by you on the report.
