i am so sorry. yes, that happens. a$$hole judge. we have them here too. appeal....higher up. if you can afford it. or get a lawyer if you can. not much justice for us poor folk. grrr i hate that for you..........he prolly plays golf with the attorney...complain to the bar in your state. wont do much good but might make you feel better. laws are only worth who enforces them..and few are enforced in some areas....esp in mine, also.
