No, they can't just come in and take anything and everything ! They can ONLY touch NON-EXEMPT property, so you need to make sure you know what your exemptions are and you need to make sure that your exemptions are filed with the Court should they win their judgment.

Ask the court clerk if there is a form form filing your exemptions and if not, what format you need to use to submit your exemptions. If everything you own can be exempted, they get NOTHING.
