RJM letter you posted - if that was their first contact with you, it is CLEARLY in violation of the FDCPA - it did NOT include the '30 days to dispute' verbage - big violation. So yes, you definitely push them on that.

I would add a word of caution about the website you visited - a couple of the veteran members there are disseminating incorrect information regarding re-aging, their premise is wrong. Second, some of those folks are sue-happy and apparently have nothing better to do with themselves besides draft lawsuits day in and day out. You would be wise to do your research and temper their advice with information from as many sources as you can.
