Did you SIGN anything agreeing to arbitration? If not, send the refusal of arbitration letter linked below to whichever CA obtained the "arbitration award" against you. If they then file for a judgment based on the arbitration award, you file the motion posted after the letter. You say you stopped paying anything a year ago,but EXACTLY when were you last able to USE the account? And when, WHILE IT WAS USEABLE, did you make your last payment to the OC? Make sure you send ALL letters CRRR
