The host of this site has been informed several times that the SOL tables are WRONG for several states.

The SOL for credit cards in MA is SIX YEARS.

The SOL for credit cards in RI is FOUR YEARS.

The SOL for RI is reported incorrectly in many places, it appears to be a common misinterpretation of the RI statutes.

ASSet is known for pursuing and suing on time-barred debts. The SOL on your account HAS EXPIRED.

As for gettting your credit reports... go to each CRA web site and get their mailing address:

www.experian.com
www.transunion.com
www.equifax.com
