LadynRed, thank you for your response. RJM's 30 day notice was on the reverse of their letter; it was the only thing on the reverse, as a matter of fact. My only point with the 30 days is that I want to make sure I am well within my right to dispute this even though more than 30 days has passed. If my rights ARE limited, I would wait until I received another letter from RJM or affiliates.

Thank you again for the heads up on that Web site. I'm not a litigious person, I just want to pay what I truly owe to the OC and not. I will continue to research, per your recommendation.
