Okay thank you all for your inputs and I have gone to whychat's website, but still don't know if my husband and I should sue or if it is worth it. I read about the SOL and if it is going to take 7 years for those 2 delinquent payments to get off his credit report if that is my understanding and then we are SOL ourselves for getting anywhere based on that.
