i live in ny last time mbna got money from me was 3/12/99 they went for default judgement in 5/23/00, in 10/31/2002 case was dimissed and default was denied i guess they sold it before 9/2003 to rjm who started thier campaign i could care less but ditech will not let me do a heloc without paying them ,8000 as reported i'm willing give them something to walk away 1000 to 2000 out of the proceeds of heloc
