are you sure that they can not garnish my wages? i have switched accounts since i had last made a payment, however i cant put him onto that account as primary either(does that make alot of difference). due to the privacy notice are they allowed to research and find the new account that i have? i did get the links, but i couldnt really find anything. also, im not sure about how to file those documents that whycat sent. help!! please
