Bronson & Migliaccio is a CACV (Collect America) collection agency franchise out of New York. CACV purchases virtually worthless charged off accounts for LESS than 10 cents on the dollar. That should indicate what Fleet thought they could ever collect on the account by suing you. David Goldberg is the actual owner of this collection agency franchise renting B&M’s law licenses.
