Don't send back the interrogatories. Protect all personal info. Employment, salary, assets. Give them absolutely nothing. You can answer your attorney (if he asks) no knowledge of this debt for this amount. Receiving interrogatories through the US mail means absolutely nothing. When I received the same, I shredded them.
