actually, j. daniel lenahan IS a member of the NY State Bar. However, looking at what budhibbs.com has written, and what the BBB of upstate NY has written about Lenahan, this guy is obviously scuzz. I myself got a call from Harry Cahn's office this morning (hairy con is more like it) stating that i committed credit card fraud, and that i would be served tomorrow morning with a lawsuit if i didn't pay them TODAY. oh man, the violations! and, as for Harry Cahn (Cohn, Kahn, whatever) i can't find him ANYWHERE. not in the NY Bar, not on the internet, nowhere. Bud Hibbs pretty much nailed this organization right on the head. A lot of his observations are pretty accurate. in fact, the only complaints i've seen online about Bud Hibbs have been made by debt collectors... HA! go figure!
