This is a SCAM from a garbage collection agency.

Unless there is a recorded assignment in the Court, they have NO RIGHTS to enforce or collect on the judgment.

Opt out, send them a cease and desist/ dispute/ validation letter.

If they are reporting on your credit reports, dispute the account as OBSOLETE.

File a complaint with the FTC and your State AG office against them for FDCPA violations.
