what does the courts say...about a debt buyer buying 8,000 for 200$ and then suing for 8,000? any law on this? i guess if they buy a debt,,,they figure they bought the whole thing..sigh...law makes no sense to me at all. who allowed this debt buying bs anyways? isnt that like goin to a garage sale and buying a 20$ tv, then suing for 500$ cause it dont work? even judge judy only gives you cost minus depreciation..not replacement. seems they are goin for replacement and then some. grrrr i hate LAW! any ideas? views?
