Thanks for the input - I've been up to date on most of the debt (and no it's not Student Loans) & I really don't want to go BK plus I don't think I'm eligible.

I was thinking about consolidating but after reading some of the posts it seems to be like BK. I'm going to try budget and save up money to try to pay off the debt.

I was only thinking about BK when MBNA kept hounding me on my debt when I was late but the other cards have been easy to work with.

You helped to keep me on realistic terms and my situation isn't as bad so I'm just going to suck it up and try to get through it.
