I'm going to pull my money out of the bank tomorrow. I called my bank today, and they told me they don't give any information over the phone. Thus there's no way Discover knows how much is in that account, unless the banks are cooperating with each other here, against their own stated policy.

If they decide on arbitration, do they need to serve me first? It's very easy to avoid service in Florida, which I learned from an attorney I once used as a plaintiff, in attempting to serve an ex-tenant who defaulted.
