To get the details, call the courthouse where the judgment was entered against you. Judgments in CA are good for 10 years, and they CAN be renewed, so you need to find out if there WAS any renewal on this judgment. If not, tell TCM to go pee up a tree and then file a motion to have the dead judgment vacated.
