This is a motions day hearing, no doubt.

However, please understand that validation means nothing once you've been sued, unless you are suing the CA for violation of the FDCPA. The fact that they haven't "validated" isn't a defense against their suit.

You need to show up and object to their motion (whatever it is) and explain to the judge that there are legal matters still to be decided (such as your SOL defense). Have you filed an answer to the complaint yet?
