Yes I fieled my answer as SOL and is heading to court, But as a back-up I wanted to make sure plaintiff can validate before I proseed with my defence of SOL, Would this be away of cutting things off at the pass. Wouldn"t they be required to validate before I proceed with my sol defence....I'm looking for every possible angle!!Any help would be greatly appreciated.
