because they are adding interest at a rate which is high as a kite. how come it never went to collections? it had to be charged off after 180 days. cap1 will send it a million CAs..so i have found. anyways..its interest, mine varies from 25 to 29%..and it will never stop. lol. past SOl with NO CA?
