WHY did you pay them anything if you were going to trial in July?. If you decided to settle out of court the trial should have been cancelled as you settled out of court.

Did you come up with a settlement offer and send in a payment or did THEY come up with the settlement offer and a payment plan?. Can you clue us into the amount owed, amount agreed on for settlement and payment amounts. You dont have to, but it helps to know what they were after and what they got so far.
