You need to get a copy from each of the three CRA's. When you dispute, they will want the report number or confirmation number. You will not get this from a 3-in-1 report. Directions for how to dispute information will come directly from the CRA.

Also, scores on 3-in-1's are always off. You'll only get the correct score if you get it directly from the CRA.
