check whychats links..see what exemptions fla has and take most of your money out of your checking and savings accounts. dont close them..that will look like fraud to a court. i dont know offhand what the exemptions are in fla..their listed online tho. same as BK. sometimes they dont even attempt to enforce judgements..and sometimes they do. were you served properly?
