agree. if they SOL..forget it. nothing will help your credit and paying will cement em to the reports for sure. make sure you watch tho, some will try to sue even tho its SOL. always respond if they do, so they dont win a default judgement. but pay>? hell no. the CC and CAs dont care ...i also dont understand their point in their methods...making it so one pretty much cant pay..and then go thru all this bs..good luck to ya now..im glad things are looking up. had the companies hung with us ...till things got better..they would get their money. they wont..so their SOL. so to speak.
