If you are on good terms with your neighbors, have them help you out if the dirtbag comes back. Surely the guy drives a car - so have your neighbors get his license plate number. Then you can take that info and give it to the cops.

Unless the guy is a process server, he has no business trespassing to harrass and terrorize you !
