Chances are they think your account is uncollectable. I dont want to lull you into a false sense of security, but usually when a CA does this its because they cant be bothered with your account. Sometime they will alternate, that is do this machine thing daily for 2 weeks then call and leave a personal call. But usually it stays with the machine. I had a CA threatening the hell out of me all last winter and spring and then it stopped for a couple months. Now they seem to have a third party doing calls for them with a machine that gives a standard message then a womans digitized voice reads off a long number which is the account. Its once a day, every day. Its the same CA, but the calling number is from another part of town. They must know I have no assets, no money and a crap business that brings in enough to pay the electric bill and rent. Very standard practice for CA's with what they consider to be "garbage accounts".
