the only ones who get a interest rate at the ridiculous rates u see on tv..like 3%, is someone rich and perfect credit. normal people will not get them..their a bait and switch tech. we had awful credit and our re-fi is at 9%. with your history they will fall all over themselves to loan you money. prolly much better than my 9% too...you could get 6 or 7% at least.
