yes, I have a judgement in NC. I am making payments, mine is with *hitibank and since they refuse to settle for anything other than 80%, I will continue to make payments till they get sick of me or take less. BTW.. the amount I am paying is the same amount I offered to pay Citibank per month before they sued me. What jerks. They did not do any type of asset search, the greedy lil suckers just want your money. Offer the attorney what you can afford is my best advice. I have been making the same amount of payments for 2 years....I was told I could they would only take this amount for 1 year, then they would have to have more. My opinion is if they really want more, then take my a$$ to court again. NC has no wage garnishment for junk like this, I pay them with money orders. Good luck!
