s far as I know, if the attorney is going to sue in New York, he has to be licensed in New York. I don't understand the "NJmatter, admitted in NY" I don't know what that means. The only problem I see is if you own a home and her name is on it. Depends on the equity if this is the case. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU PAID THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR BEFORE THE ACCOUNT BECAME DELIQUENT? Looking for SOL on this. CACV, bad debt buyers for pennies on the dollar, I believe.
