alls i know is i did a search as tazi suggests on getting liens and bank accounts. reverse searches as if you are the bill collector. tons of CA posts came up and there is businesses who do nothing but find assets and accounts. they hire them. skip tracers for locations..assets... anywhere. so my guess is..yes..and how they find them i dont know. prolly from SSNs is my guess..now i dont know abut freezin out of state ones --maybe whychat or lady do--as i dont know the laws on interstate commerce.
