You have to get a judgment in court first, then you can file a lien, attach bank accounts, garnish wages- whatever is legal in your state.

You could only attach the car if you created the loan using the vehicle as a security interest on collateral. Once you have a judgment, you can seize whatever property your state laws allow.

Be advised that the court will not help you- you will have to do it yourself or hire an attorney.
