I just got a similar call from them - correct company name is NCO Financial Systems. They were looking for my husband and I told them he had moved. They wanted this new contact info. & I said I couldn't give it to them unless they told me who they were and where they were calling from and they said they couldn't tell me b/c it was a "private matter". I told them I wouldn't pass on the info unless they gave me a number where he could reach them, so they did. They have caller ID blocked so you can't tell where they are calling from. Needless to say, we will not be contacting them!
