My husband found his contract and it says this:
"any claim or dispute shall be by
binding arbitration with venue exclesively in Palm Beach County, and the
Laws of the State of Floridashall govern this Agreement.
We live in Michigan. How do you file a claim in Florida?
And someone told us that the escrow bs was their way of saying this :what they say is a round about way of
saying they will "award" us with a Cash Back equal to CLIENTS first
monthly processing fee to DDI
NONE of this was explained to my husband at any time from them.
We want justice.
