Dispute it with both the CRA's and the utility companies (the addresses should be on your credit report) as fraudulent. It's up to the utility companies to prove that you signed up for these. It's probable that they'll have a fraudulent signature on the application/form. If that's the case, be prepared for an investigation that could ultimately result in charges going against your ex-wife for fraud. The courts here tend to send such cases to the DA's office.
