My cc. dept was right off from the Bank I had.
Like 5 yrs ago. Now The Bank SOLD my dead acc to
New Financial serv, represented by a LAW FIRM !!!
they obtain a default judgement and send a Sheriff rep.
to serve the paper and...they request my ARREST !!!
the debt is $14.000. Bank writed off as loss...
PLZ HELP !
