Okay...I filed my answer two weeks ago, now I sit on pins and needles wondering if the sheriff is going to show up at my house again. I sent a copy to Providian's lawyers too. On one I filed at the court house, I also added that I was moving--as in when it rains it pours! That is a whole different story! Anyway......now what happens? Will the sheriff be back or what? What a mess! This makes me so nervous!
