LOL..I think he's out to lunch 24/7.
When I hung up once cause I wouldn't give my ss#,and they wouldn't tell me who they were, they id my # and called me back. Let the answering machine pick up after that.

2nd time I just got a hang on the line and then someone answered. That's how I found out who it was, but I had to ask who they were. They said they have sent me notifications in the mail. I have never received anything from them.
