I posted for the first time last week and although the post fell off the board rather quickly...the few replies I got were supportive.

Sued by Cap1 and a court date this morning for a judgment around 10,000 from 2001.

Well...I wouldnt call it a win...but I was successful on the three points I wanted to achieve.

Indefinite continuance
No Judgement
no payout.

The Attorney had nothing...no docs etc. ....nada. So....now Cap1 is to send me "something" to prove the account. Will they? Can they? Anyone have an idea what tthat might be? Original contract? What should I request? Should I make a list of what I need or expect or just wait and see...if incomplete....then make an additional request for more?

I know that the extra work from the Cap1 attorney will/may cost me more if I lose...but, isny it worth it?

I invite any comments, suggestions, insights or experience.
