Notify the store you are going to have an independent repair service give you the required statement for your insurance, and you will bill them for the cost plus any additional expenses you have incurred, and will file suit against them for breach of contract and include "pain and suffering" due to the aggrevation. Speak to the manager, if he/she doesn't help, get the name of the owners and contact them.
