I think the SOL for dental bills in Calif is 4 years. Falls under the UCC goods and services. With that said. Is there any way to use the HIPPA letter to get a CA off my reports without having to pay the bill?? I just can't afford it right now but it is killing my credit. The CA hadn't updated the CRA since 2001 until I disputed it recently. They have never contacted me that I can remember. Services were rendered in late 1999.
