Yes, and Yes, and Yes; a thorn in my arrears, also... FDCPA is for debt collections; go to school on that after you have defaulted and they chargeoff the account and "sic" the the CA's on ya. Good luck, this forum is a great way to begin to learn the many faceted aspects of CA problems.
