You need to follow the LEGAL steps in disputing an account.

You MUST first dispute with the CRA, BEFORE sending any "validation" letters.

In the case of a fraudulently re-aged account, such as yours, any leter sent to Crap1 "requesting validation" is a backdoor admission on your part of the legalty of their claim.

If you have to send them anything, wait until the CRA verifies (if they do) and the send the SOL letter.

You really do NOT want to "validate" an illegal claim? Do you?
