Calvary Portfolio "good faith" payment

I just talked to Calvary Portfolio this morning about an old
MBNA account I had that has long been unpaid. (about 4 years since
a payment). They have offered me an interest free payment plan,and
want me to send them a "good faith" payment either directly taken
from a bank account or western union. I am weary of giving them
my bank info until i know more. Anyone done this before w/them?
