Why is it that EVERY collectors website claims they are the best. Here's some "about us" snipets from Eskanos:


"has grown and developed a unique and formidable infrastructure"

"Understand the clients unique situation and needs; creatively develop strategies based upon our experience and expertise; "

"the team is comprised of ingenious and experienced lawyers, paralegals, and pre-legal collectors who have the exceptional multi-industry experience, the dynamic solutions, and the expertise to execute beginning-to-end commitments"

"The firm has evolved into one of the largest commercial and consumer collection law firms in California"

I mean no matter how big or small any of these dirt bag "law firms" are they all claim to be the best, most powerful, produce the best results, etc...

There is a one-man law firm in NY who was bugging me last year and he pretty much uses the same language as above.

I guess lying is pretty much what they all do when they try to collect, so might as well do it when they advertise.
