You have a valid case against this law firm if they are suing you for a credit card account that is not quite seven years old.

I am amazed that they want to sue you for this, because their firm is in California and they should know well that the SOL for debt in this state is 4 years. Why are they suing you now?

Anyway, take them to court. They've violated certain practices already and you have a strong case against them.
